We worked with the landlord on this conversion from a 2 bedroom house to a 5 bedroom HMO (house of multiple occupancy) from initial costings on various options, layouts of furniture and electrics and choice of finishes all to work within the budget constraints.
Works included a full re wire, plumbing & heating pipe work (re using existing boiler in new location) new partitions and forming new window openings in the front elevation and blocking up existing windows in readiness for further development of an extension / new dwelling next year.
